Why is there a three month minimum?

Online marketing is pretty magical! But like most things, it doesn’t work overnight. The campaign needs time to build up traction. We’ve discovered that three months is the perfect amount of time for the campaign to build momentum and also enough time for us to optimise it if needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your package with 21 days notice. To cancel your package you’ll need to head to our website and complete the cancellation form. Vision Pod will collect feedback on your experience with us.

How are my credit card details protected?

All package payments are taken through PayPal, a trusted online payment portal. Read their PayPal Buyer Protection Policy here.

How do I know what package I need?

Our packages are designed by business size. Use that as a guide. If you’re still unsure which package you need, complete our project briefing form and we’ll get in touch and talk you through the options and advise you on which package will best achieve your business goals.

Is media spend included in the packages?

No, media spend is not included in the packages.

How do I determine the right media spend for my campaign?

“How much should I pay?” is a question we are often asked. Budgets to advertise online vary depending on the industry and platform. But the key variable that will always guide your budget is your business goal. Advertisers all to often want a great result for a conservative budget. Vision Pod have the tools and experience to help you set a budget that will achieve your business goals. Our packages are priced from small to large to accommodate all business sizes and budgets.

Can I supply my own images and content?

Yes, you can! But if you don’t have any content or images we can craft these for you. Note: Any Photoshop editing required will be charged at an additional cost (POA)

How will I be supported by Vision Pod?

All our packages come with your very own strategist. Your strategist is your point of contact for any support you require. In addition to this we have a support email address (support@visionpod.com.au) where you can log any issues. Our turnaround times are always within best effort but are set to 24 hours.

I'm already doing SEO, why would I need Google AdWords?

Both SEO and SEM get you onto Google. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) helps your website appear in Google and helps get traffic to your website but does not convert customers as quickly as what Google AdWords does. Why? Google AdWords are ads, they are designed with the key purpose of converting customers. As opposed to SEO which simply helps get people to your website.

I’m already doing Facebook posts, why do I need ads?

The purpose of Facebook posts is to engage, inform and educate existing or new customers. Ads are designed specifically to drive a conversion (ie: a sale, a download, a store visit, etc.) Facebook ads are what drive revenue, NOT posts.

Why do I need a website when I’ve got a Facebook page?

We highly recommend that you don’t substitute a Facebook page for a website. You need both. It is absolutely essential for your business to have a website. A website is the shopfront of your business online. It’s a place where people can get a sense of who you are as a business and can also be educated on what you offer. Your Facebook business page is a separate component that should really be used for professionally socialising with your customers.
